HOTEL AND TRAVEL
Please note: your conference registration does not include your hotel accommodations. JFN has reserved rooms at a discounted rate. Reserve online at Loews Philadelphia's JFN reservations page or call (215) 627-1200 or toll-free in the US (888) 575-6397.
Philadelphia International Airport is the nearest major airport to the conference hotel. Flight discounts with United and Continental airlines are available. Please review instructions and get discount codes on our conference travel page.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees will be assessed as follows:
Through February 27 -- full refund minus $50 cancellation fee.
February 28 - March 18 -- 50% refund of conference fee.
On or after March 19 -- no refund available.
