Foundation Professionals Initiative: Do you employ or are you foundation staff? -  Take part in the JFN Foundation Professionals Initiative. The JFN Foundation Professionals Initiative seeks to enhance the field of Jewish philanthropy by enriching the knowledge and expertise of its most dedicated practitioners. The initiative helps foundation professionals to develop their skills and explore challenges in their field by hosting such opportunities as annual retreats, educational seminars, networking lunches and a Foundation Professionals track at JFN's International Conference. Foundation Services: Tailored to meet individual needs, JFN provides members seeking enhanced grantmaking capabilities with expert management and technical assistance in areas such as: mission & values statements, strategic planning, governance & management, internal assessment & audits, project due diligence & monitoring, professional recruitment, and financial & legal services.
