Rotem Appel is an expert in strategic partnerships and international resource development. In her most recent role at Sheba Global – the international affairs division of Sheba Medical Center – she led North American engagement, with a special focus on initiatives in mental health and post-trauma rehabilitation following the Iron Swords War.

Rotem connects innovative institutions with philanthropic and strategic partners worldwide, aiming to create meaningful impact for patients and communities.

Previously, she served as Head of Digital and Social Media at the Embassy of Israel in Washington, D.C.

She holds a B.A. in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy from Reichman University, where she completed the Public Diplomacy Honors Program.
