A family foundation had been supporting several non-profits for year,s but had no idea exactly how their money was being used.  Foundation Services assisted the foundations in revising their grants proposals so that all the grantees would be accountable to the grantmaker, making certain that the money was well spent.

Building Sustainability
A funder who had been supporting a program for several years decided that he wanted to step back from the program, but he also wanted to ensure that the program could sustain itself.  Foundation Services provided a consultant who created a plan to make the non-profit more self sufficient, which allowed the donor to decrease his support over time. 

Tackling Root Causes
