As Baby Boomers begin to retire, the Jewish community must prepare to transition their leadership into executive positions. Leadrs must be trained to work in the ever-evolving landscape of the American Jewish community. This study offers recommendations for funders and organizations on how to respond to this looming crisis, including to develop succession plans and create a leadership pipline for prospective leaders.
