The annual Arava Institute Hazon Israel Ride, which takes place from October 19-26, has created a special option for Israel Ideas Festival participants to join from Friday, October 22 through Sunday, October 24.

Participants must arrive on Friday by 2 pm to be fitted for a bike, and attend a safety briefing during the day on Saturday ahead of riding.
Registration is $500, plus a minimum gift of $500, and this includes:

• Friday and Saturday nights in Mitzpe with all meals and programming Shabbat
• Sunday riding 30-60 miles from Mitzpe Ramon to Kibbutz Ketura, with full support and bike rental
• Programming and tours at Kibbutz Ketura and the Arava Institute upon arrival
• Sunday breakfast at the hotels, lunch on the road, and welcome snacks at Ketura
• Transportation to the Eilat Ramon airport in the late afternoon
• Flight from Eilat Ramon to Ben Gurion around 6 pm.
