Jewish Teen Funders Network

Jewish Teen Funders Network

Over the past decade, over 100 Jewish youth philanthropy programs have emerged throughout North America. From the East Coast to the West Coast, in large metropolitan areas and small communities, these programs engage over 2,000 teens ages 13-18 in hands-on collective philanthropic giving. They are housed in day schools, supplementary religious schools, synagogues, summer camps,  social service agencies, local Jewish Federations, and community foundations.

Recognizing the potential of Jewish youth philanthropy programs to empower and educate teens about effective philanthropy and Jewish values, the Jewish Teen Funders Network (JTFN) was created in 2006 to serve as a central address for Jewish youth philanthropy programs across North America and around the world.
