OLAM is a broad coalition of partner organizations, working together to raise awareness in the global Jewish community of the importance of supporting the world’s most vulnerable communities and to improve the quality of work on the ground. They just released two great new resources:

Global Jewish Service by the Numbers: OLAM's 2016 Field Snapshot Survey

This survey — the first of its kind — takes an in-depth look at the field of global Jewish service, its funding and the current state of overseas volunteers.

Global Torah Podcast

Global Torah, a joint project of OLAM and the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies, is a podcast exploring Jewish approaches to international development and global service. Each episode features scholars of Jewish text in conversation with development and service professionals about crucial questions facing us as Jews and global citizens. Season 2 has just been released.
