As we continue the dialogue with JFN members on resilience, we invite you to join us for a conversation with Dr. Nava Levit-Binnun, director of the Sagol Center for Brain and Mind, and the founding director of the Muda Institute for Mindfulness, Science and Society at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya.
Dr. Levit-Binnun will impart her professional and personal experience, the neuroscientific research about mindfulness and its implementation in various aspects of the Israeli social sector. We will invite members to share their own tools for cultivating resilience in times of crisis and practice together as set our intentions for 2021 and the constant changing reality.
