Participatory grantmaking (PGM) is an approach to bridging the gap between grantmakers and those they serve, by including and/or empowering the people affected by funding decisions to participate in the decision-making. To mark the release of JFN's forthcoming guidebook, "Exploring Participatory Grantmaking in the Jewish Community and Beyond," grantmakers and grantseekers are invited to join GrantEd in conversation with Third Plateau Social Impact Strategies to learn about this increasingly popular philanthropic tool and its applicability in the Jewish community.

Speakers:

Jaré Akchin
Vice President for Jewish Community Impact, Third Plateau

Ariel Platt
Director, Third Plateau

Lani Santo
Chief Executive Officer, Footsteps

More presenters to be announced.

This webinar is presented by GrantED, a joint project of Jewish Funders Network and UpStart that works to strengthen relationships between grantmakers and grantseekers in the Jewish community. To learn more, visit www.jgranted.org
