The meeting will be led by Rabbi Dr. Daniel Roth, director of Mosaica which engages in mediation, community dialogue as well as âinsider mediationâ between extremes. He is also a lecturer of crisis management, conflict resolution and negotiation.
We will receive practical tools for engaging in intense disagreements over the interpretation of reality, in order to advance listening and enable conversation between network members that are interested in a joint discussion on the role of philanthropy and the solutions it can initiate.
In these days in particular, our diverse network is a unique arena that extends an invitation to members who wish to obtain dialogue practices that are sensitive to different points of view. The meeting will offer opportunities to learn modes for dealing with conflicts of identities without deepening existing gaps. The meeting is designed to assist you in interfaces within the philanthropic community, in your different capacities as leaders and in your work with the organizations supported by you.
*The meeting will be held in Hebrew.
