The long-term positive impact of partnerships can be great, but it requires time, capacity, and intentionality. We will provide an overview of the negotiation process, change management tools, and pitfalls to avoid. During this session we will dive into what can be expected as part of legal and financial due diligence, various implementation options, and the areas of integration — including culture.
