The Israeli society as well as the American society are finding themselves shaken by great, deep social processes that challenge philanthropy to rethink the models through which it can influence and create tangible change. As there are parallels between occurrences in the two societies, a joint discussion in which network members can listen to and consult with one another can be of great value.

This interactive meeting will enable an open dialogue and personal discussions around our thoughts, concerns and ideas for both members on the Israeli Israel and abroad in light of the current crisis in Israel. The joint discussion will enable mutual learning from funders from the US that have recently dealt with political and social crises that have influenced American society.
