This three-part series, in collaboration with JDC-Elka, will allow participants to gain an understanding of regulatory, legal and financial aspects as well as enable a deeper conversation based on simulations, case studies and dilemmas from the field.

The second workshop will focus on up-to-date information on financial aspects of serving as a board member of an NGO and the related implications. The workshop will include simulations of interpreting NGO’s financial reports, from a board member’s perspective.
