This three-part series **, in collaboration with JDC-Elka, will allow participants to gain an understanding of regulatory, legal, and financial issues as well as enable a deeper conversation based on simulations, case studies, and dilemmas from the field.

The first workshop will focus on the legal and regulatory aspects of serving as a board member of an NGO.

This session will provide valuable information, a space to learn through case studies, and an opportunity to share experiences and examine them.

Speaker: Adv. Yaron Keidar, Bogot & Keidar Advocates, specializing in consulting and legal advice to the nonprofit sector, former Head of Israel’s Corporations Authority in the Ministry of Justice.
