This is the sixth installment of "Coffee with...," a series designed to provide a unique opportunity for JFN West members to engage in small-group conversation with and among JFN leaders and members. 

Maya Natan is Executive Director of JFN Israel and CEO of Keshet DAF-IL, Israel's first donor-advised fund.

JFN Israel, established in 2008, brings together Israeli funders — who make up one-quarter of JFN's total membership — to exchange ideas about their philanthropic involvement and expand their giving circles.

JFN Israel’s staff offers consulting and expertise to all JFN members – regardless of nationality – who are interested in funding in Israel. All JFN members get one free session of Israel advisory services.

Through Keshet DAF-IL, Israelis and others interested in funding in Israel can open donor-advised funds, an easy and cost-effective alternative to starting a private foundation. Keshet also provides various services to American foundations funding in Israel.
