Jewish Funders Network and the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation are pleased to invite you to join other New York area funders to explore the findings, discussions, and decisions emerging from the National Convening on Jewish Poverty on June 11, when 65 leaders from 21 cities gathered in Chicago and established the new National Affinity Group on Jewish Poverty. At this meeting, we'll discuss what moves and changes are already underway as funders commit to build awareness of this issue, alleviate the stigma, change the narrative about poverty in the Jewish community, acquire better data, and understand best practices that can alleviate poverty.
