Since October 7th, JFN has experienced strong Member interest in learning how to address real or anticipated grantee statements or omissions that express anti-Zionism and antisemitism. How should funders decide when to walk away and when to lean into those relationships in the hope of swaying grantees? Do foundations need new due diligence policies or grant agreements or processes to address or avoid this? This session, originally scheduled for JFN's Conference in Tel Aviv, builds on an earlier JFN webinar but also stands alone. Participants will hear from funders with differing perspectives and strategies for responding to grantees or prospective grantees, and participants will break into small groups to discuss case studies and share their own experiences and ideas.
