JFN has been working in several capacities over the past several months to provide our members with the insights they need to be effectively engaged in efforts to strengthen and rebuild Israel. Through our "Israel's Turning Point" scenario planning groups,
in myriad sessions at our Conference in Tel Aviv in March, and in our ongoing programs around the globe, we have been learning from experts and from each other.
Now we're taking the opportunity to highlight some of the insights and perspectives we've gained on a range of key topics with a series of programs called "What's Next For Israel."
In this event, focused on education, members will hear outcomes and recommendations from the Education Scenario Planning group's final report, presented by our partners from PollyLabs, and an update from the JFN Israel-based "Education in Mind" Peer Interest Group, which has been meeting since late last year. Throughout the session we will address questions such as:
- What can the future look like and what are the implications on students, teachers, parents, etc?
- What are the major risks and possibilities that various futures could present?
- How do these manifest today on the ground?
- What are some no-regret insights / things that are right to do, in all possible futures?
- How can funders future-proof their giving, transitioning from reactive to proactive mindset.
SPEAKERS Bar Pereg, Founder and CEO, PollyLabs
Lisa Levy, Project Manager, Education In Mind Interest Group, JFN Israel
