The Gaza envelope residents face many uncertainties in returning home and rehabilitating life, with education being a high priority for the region's renewal and growth.
Program:
• We will convene at Kibbutz Ruhama in Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council, soon to absorb Kibbutz Kfar Azza's residents. We will meet with representatives of the council, residents, and the formal and informal education systems.
• Hila Lankri Mayost and Noga Gil Bassi, who are mapping the envelope's rehabilitation strategy for Yad Hanadiv, will present their findings and insights regarding education and community challenges, and possible measures.
• Deepen acquaintances among participants and discuss the interest group's future actions.
This session is intended for private funders and foundation representatives interested in impacting Israeli education. We aim to partner in an interest group that convenes periodically to learn, network, and enhance philanthropy's impact on education in Israel. This peer group was established with the support of the Trump Foundation and we welcome additional partners.
