The Rising Generation movement is a cohort-based community, tailored especially for philanthropists who are poised to take the reins of (or a decision-making position in) their family foundations.

Designed to bolster and equip individuals like you, this cohort will empower participants to build strategies to guide their giving into the future, while managing the balance between tradition and change, family legacy and personal values. It will help you acquire skills and develop a network of philanthropic peers to support your work for years to come, while learning from top funders from across the Jewish community. If you’re at the helm of your family’s philanthropic journey, or preparing to be, come join us in this community of ascendant leaders.

Self-Reflection towards Action
Gain a deeper understanding of your unique identity as an individual, family member, and philanthropist.

Constructive Relationships and Family Systems
Delve into how family histories and beliefs shape individual roles within philanthropy.

Family Impact
Develop the finesse to lead discussions that genuinely consider and represent the values and priorities of every family member.

Knowledge of Philanthropy
Hone skills and crystallize objectives that will lead your future philanthropic endeavors.

Understanding Jewish Giving
What does Jewish giving signify to me? How does it resonate with other family members?

Legacy and Philanthropy
What narratives have our family woven through the ages? How does our family story shape our philanthropy? And how can we use this story as a bridge, inviting new generations, advisors, and beneficiaries into the discourse?

Generational Shifts
What dynamics emerge during generational transitions? How do individual contributions evolve, and how do priorities and organizational relationships shift?

Leadership Dynamics
In a world where everyone is a potential leader, how does one lead amongst equals?

If these questions resonate with you, if you're eager to dig deep and drive meaningful change, we invite you to become a part of the Rising Generation Cohort. Together, let's shape the future of Jewish philanthropy.
