In the past year and a half, we have been working intensively and devotedly in the field of mental health in Israel in response to the many and growing needs in this area. We've done this in dialogue with both established and new social organizations, hospitals and treatment institutions, local authorities, communities of therapists, and the diverse populations across the country.
As frequent users of the term “help the helpers,” we wish to pause together for an intimate gathering of the philanthropic community, with the aim of "helping the supporters."
In a meeting designed specifically for donors and managers of philanthropic foundations, in collaboration with NATAL, we will convene for a conversation about:
• Your personal place in the face of the national trauma.
• The professional complexities and challenges of philanthropic work in the field of mental health.
• Deepening knowledge of the language and conceptual infrastructure that will support personal coping as well as dialogue with field organizations.
