Findings from the Hillel's Student Discovery Research To address the complex world students face post-COVID and October 7th, Hillel International led a Student Discovery Research Initiative, supported by Common Era of the Jim Joseph Foundation, TEN: Together Ending Need, and The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation. This research provides an essential look at who students are today, the challenges they face, and what they need from Jewish life on campus.
In this webinar, TEN and Hillel International will share key findings on student identity and needs, with a major focus on a critical discovery: 27% of Jewish students are currently experiencing financial vulnerability. Designed specifically for funders, this conversation offers a clearer view of today’s student reality and the levers for meaningful response.
Speakers: Rachel Sumekh, Project Executive, TEN: Together Ending Need Shari Merrill, Chief Operating Officer, Hillel International Naomi Polinsky, Senior Director of Research, Hillel International
