In this webinar, The Nagen Project will share key insights from groundbreaking subconscious research, where bias actually lives, on how to more effectively communicate with non-Jewish Americans in ways that can shift hearts and minds.
Traditional approaches that rely on facts, advocacy, awareness, education, or reactive messaging often fail to move attitudes because they target the rational mind rather than the subconscious drivers of perception. Extensive behavioral research and message testing inform the way this session will explore the dos and don’ts of communication.
Speakers will share what types of narratives and frames can reduce bias and build positive associations, and which common approaches unintentionally reinforce resistance. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how attitudes form, why many well-intentioned efforts fall short, and how evidence-based communication strategies can be used to meaningfully influence perceptions over time.
