The Role of Philanthropy in the Web of Relationships

What’s on the agenda?

• We will map the Web of Relationships in the education field, examining the place of each of our foundations within it.
  We will explore philanthropy’s dual role within the ecosystem and discuss how its choices influence and shape the field.
• We will address strategic questions around creating, entering, leading, or avoiding partnerships - decisions that affect the system as a whole.
• Together, we will map key actors and interfaces and consider where a different philanthropic approach may be needed.

•  נערוך מיפוי של מארג היחסים בשדה החינוך, בדגש על מקומה של הקרן שאותה אנו מייצגים.

 • נעסוק בשאלות אסטרטגיות סביב יצירה, כניסה, הובלה או הימנעות משותפויות - כהחלטות שמשפיעות על המערכת כולה.

• נמפה יחד שחקנים וממשקים מרכזיים ונבחן היכן ייתכן שנדרשת גישה או אופן פעולה שונה מצד הפילנתרופיה.
