The Jewish Funders Network Grantmaking Professionals Exchange aims to strengthen relationships and enhance strategic, technical, and Jewish learning among professionals across the field of Jewish community philanthropy. The Exchange is managed in partnership with our colleagues at Third Plateau Social Impact Strategies.
Monthly Online Convening
This gathering, facilitated by JFN Director of Peer Programs Tamar Frydman and Third Plateau Co-Founder & Principal Mike Berkowitz usually takes place on the second Wednesday of every month. Please check our Upcoming Events calendar for details about the next session.
Mentorship can provide an incredible opportunity for experienced professionals to help support and inform colleagues who are earlier in their careers. We plan to match mentors and mentees at different periods throughout the year. To learn more, email [email protected]
Peer Learning & Support Groups
These are a great way for colleagues in the field to learn together, discuss areas of common interest, and support one another through both challenges and opportunities. They are also an excellent opportunity to get to know your fellow Jewish communal grantmaking professionals better! To learn more about existing groups or to start your own, email [email protected]
In addition to the above offerings, the Grantmaking Professionals Exchange hosts an annual retreat at the JFN International Conference and offers occasional courses of special interest to grantmaking professionals.
