Adina Poupko, Executive Director of the Natan Fund, is the recipient of the 2025 JJ Greenberg Memorial Award. This prestigious award honors young leaders in Jewish philanthropy who demonstrate extraordinary leadership, vision, and commitment to the values that defined J.J. Greenberg’s legacy.

Established by J.J.’s family, friends, and colleagues, the award is presented annually to a foundation professional under the age of 40 who exemplifies Jewish values through leadership and innovation. The 2025 award was presented at the JFN International Conference in Nashville.

As Executive Director of the Natan Fund, Poupko has led with creativity and vision, overseeing the foundation’s operations, grantmaking, and member engagement while building partnerships that amplify impact. Her leadership has been especially notable following the events of October 7, 2023, when she swiftly mobilized resources, launched grant initiatives, and created opportunities for grassroots organizations to address urgent challenges.
