| | | | | This past Tuesday, JFN Israel members and staff came together for a meaningful volunteer day at Kibbutz Nir Am, near the Gaza border. Hosted by local community members, we listened to heartbreaking firsthand accounts from October 7th and visited points where heroic battles took place that day. We then rolled up our sleeves to help restore the kibbutz’s youth center—a vital space for local teens—by painting and refurbishing the outdoor deck. The day was filled with hard work, powerful stories, and moments of deep connection, leaving everyone with a sense of solidarity and a shared commitment to stand with the Nir Am community as they rebuild their lives. Keep an eye on our event calendar so you don't miss future opportunities to connect with other members, in Israel and around the world. | | | | |
