Dana is a strategic project manager, communications and change strategist with more than 15 years of experience guiding transformation across global technology organizations. Her expertise lies in helping people navigate complexity, adopt new ways of working, and accelerate performance during periods of significant organizational change.

Alongside her change management background, she brings extensive experience in project management and communications across large, cross‑functional initiatives. She is Prosci‑certified in change management and holds a master’s degree in communications and journalism.

Dana is based in Austin, Texas, where she enjoys exploring the city’s art and music scene and spending time with her family and friends.
