About Jewish Funders Network The Jewish Funders Network works internationally with Jewish funders at the individual and collective levels to improve the quality of their giving and maximize their impact as they make the change they want to see in the world. Position SummaryThe Director, Philanthropic Engagement – Northeast is a new, full-time role reporting to the Vice President, Philanthropic Engagement. JFN’s Philanthropic Engagement team works directly with our members by connecting them to each other, JFN’s resources, and the broader Jewish communal infrastructure, driving towards our goal of strengthening the network’s overall impact on the Jewish world. The Director, Philanthropic Engagement – Northeast will be responsible for stewarding member relationships across the Northeast corridor, ensuring they feel connected, supported, and engaged. This role is highly relationship-driven and includes regular meetings with members and potential members and planning and executing local events, and will involve travel. Working collaboratively with Philanthropic Engagement team members across the country and globally, the person in this role will work to enhance the value of JFN membership by engaging directly with our members. The ideal candidate for this role is solution-oriented and can creatively problem-solve. They are energized working with others and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. JFN is a fast-paced (and fun) organization and we often pivot directions based on member needs and external circumstances; the ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and leans into change. To ApplyTo Apply: JFN offers a competitive compensation and benefits program. Salary range is $110,000-$120,000 depending on experience. Applicants for this role must be based in the Northeast United States.
